Generally, when we have a water issue in the basements causing mold. It's a slow leak of water coming through the foundation. So often that's going to make its way around the foundation. It's going to saturate the sheetrock soak up the wall. You're going to see if you have carpet on the floor. Going to start growing mold behind trim. So you're going so your basically going to have to demo all that wet saturated material out. So the job is going to take longer your have to dry things out. You got to divert the water from the foundation. A lot of time. It's gutter drainage issues. And after all that's done, then we do our sterilization and our two-part dry fog system. So when everything is dry, we go in and sterilize the environment kill all the mold spores and you're free to rebuild and hopefully after fixing the water issue, drainage issue that created the problem in the first place.
